I find Dr Rue to be an easy, laid back doctor. He's easy to talk to for both me and my teenage son. I have never had communication issues with the office. I found it relatively easy to fill out intake forms online and then called to make an appointment with no issues. I would recommend him to friends and family.
I found Dr Rue both rude and uncaring. I didn't even get to make an appointment, because he cut me off rudely when I was asking about insurance. I decided to give it another try a few months later and he never bothered to call me back even though I stated that his website listed my insurance as being accepted.
