Dr. Rives is a very knowledgeable physician. Excellent listener with an abundance amount of experience. Great office staff as well.
He takes his time explaining your health concerns & even illustrates with a drawing to make sure you understand!
Dr Rives is very thorough, listens to your concerns and takes action. The office staff and nursing staff is very friendly as well as professional! The usual wait is 5-10 minutes in the waiting room. Love this office!
Dr. Rives has been my physician for 20 years. He is a former flight surgeon and has considerable experience in emergency medicine. He has a warm and friendly personality, is highly intelligent yet very down to earth, is an incredibly excellent listener, takes time to understand and explain things clearly. Excellent Experience! The doctor is very caring and understanding and you never feel rushed. Listens carefully to what you have to say. Staff is awesome as well. Never any problem with getting appointments quickly and they are so friendly and caring.
Dr. Rives is caring, kind, listens to your concerns and takes them seriously. Sometimes, you have to be strong and say what you mean, so that he is better able to understand your issue. Once he understands what the issue is that you're facing, he doesn't stop trying to find a solution.
