The entire staff is wonderful. Dr. Hughes takes his time and answers every question. He also explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand.
He's been a good doctor for me. Knows his stuff and has a very likable manner. I appreciate his manner and insight.
Yea no. Last visit was enough to make me feel absolutely stupid because of how he spoke to me and that’s the last thing a patient with memory loss issues and anxiety wants. Not to mention the hour long wait. The first initial visit was a “safe haven” but not anymore. A $50 visit to tell me my results are fine. That could have been a message in the portal considering I live an hour out. I brought my Wife with me to help but even she couldn’t get a word in edge wise. Thomas made it feel like a safe space, especially since my anxiety is always so high. He was easy to be around and seems like a very caring and genuine person. It was my first time meeting him but I didn’t feel scared as I usually am with doctors. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Hughes was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He listened to my concerns and addressed each of them.
