Called T Buchan this afternoon as had no heating and they were at my house soon after. I would definitely recommend them.
One of Buchans Plumbers hit my car today, ripped off wing mirror , scraped and dented door/wing. The response? Drive away and pretend it didn’t happen. It’s all on video, with 4 witnesses, company claimed plumber didn’t notice- the car that had to move for him beeped quite loudly. TS Buchan only taking responsibility as there was a video. That’s the kind of response you can expect if something goes wrong. Do yourself a favour and use another company. Hundreds of £££ of damage .
I called them out to look at a boiler that wasn’t working. The “Plumber” went about replacing every part to try and get it working. He didn’t recognise the whole boiler needed replaced. All in all, we paid for £400 plus of unecessary parts and at the end, eehad to pay someone who actually knew what they were doing to fully replace the boiler. Absolutely shocking service.
