Borders on malpractice. You can be dying and you will not get in to see them, cancels every appointment they make with you, sends referrals in in the wrong descriptions. Not the friendliest office staff and truly just one of the worst doctors offices I have ever been to. I have never rated a doctor's office before but I would like to think that this will save somebody from what I have gone through.
I recently moved an hour and a half away and stayed with this office because of the availability of telehealth. I am having surgery soon and I changed my telehealth appointment to an in person to get clearance for surgery. I did not have the clearance papers at that time but was given the email by the Nurse Practitioner to send the papers as soon as I got them. Well I have since sent them and now they are saying that the appt I went to was a follow up not a surgical clearance. So now I’m driving 3 hours for them to check me ... read more
After waiting for over an hour with my husband who has a difficult time with mobility I asked about wait times, understanding that circumstances arise on occasion but when the office manager and 2 other staff said that over an hour was the regular wait time I decided we needed a more professional provider. I have worked with specialists all over the country and never seen an office run so poorly. They have signs saying if you're going to be late you have to reschedule but our time is worth nothing to them.
