I recently moved an hour and a half away and stayed with this office because of the availability of telehealth. I am having surgery soon and I changed my telehealth appointment to an in person to get clearance for surgery. I did not have the clearance papers at that time but was given the email by the Nurse Practitioner to send the papers as soon as I got them. After waiting for over an hour with my husband who has a difficult time with mobility I asked about wait times, understanding that circumstances arise on occasion but when the office manager and 2 other staff said that over an hour was the regular wait time I decided we needed a more professional provider. I have worked with specialists all over the country and never seen an office run so poorly. They have signs saying if you're going to be late you have to reschedule but our time is worth nothing to them.
