We had an extremely disappointing experience with Thomas Restoration Group during our bathroom remodel. What was supposed to be a 6/8-week project dragged on for more than 3 months due to poor communication and repeated workmanship issues. I constantly had to follow up for updates, and multiple areas had to be re-done tile was repaired three times, our pedestal tub was scratched during reinstallation, and the initial removal caused a leak into our living room ceiling.
