Had clients flying in for a building tour and our office had been closed all week due to the ice and snow. As I could not get to my office to print and bind the tour books, I was able to put the electronic tour package together and email it to Thomas Printworks after 4PM (the close at 5PM). We needed the package printed and bound (3 copies) by 8AM the next morning (they open at 8AM). They got this completed, and left it wrapped up outside their front door by 5:05 PM. I needed a large picture of my mother for her viewing in less than two weeks time. The front desk lady (and I am so mad at myself not remembering her name) was so helpful and kind during this process. I received it and the quality of the picture was amazing. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is top tier. This is a great business who gives good quality work.
The company may produce quality work, but upper management does not treat their employees with respect!!
