Everyone we came into contact with was super nice and efficient. The only negative part of the whole experience was the waiting to see the doctor, but I guess that's to be expected.
I've been going to West Clinic on a regular basis for over 10 months. The people are always effecient, helpful and caring. Very rarely are appointments delayed by more than a few minutes, and staff is always apologetic. My questions and concerns have been addressed promptly, and there is always a number to call during off hours if I've had a problem. I couldn't ask for a better care team.
I have been a patient at West for 4.5 years. I started with Dr. Verrier (14 visits). Dr. Verier retired and I was transferred to Dr. Ratliff. The Dr. Visits were all fine with both Dr.'s. I arrived for my blood test at 8:45 AM on 8/27, my appointment was at 9:30. I was called back at 9:45, not too bad. I then had a CT scan scheduled for 11;30, I was called back around 11:50, not too bad. I then went to Dr, Ratliff's waiting area around 12:30 for my 12:45 scheduled appointment.
