The staff and doctors were friendly, professional & knew what they were doing. I gave it 2 stars cause i was there with my 82 yr old dad with dementia and we waited 3+ hours after our scheduled appointment before seeing the doctor. They have a very nice waiting area offering refreshments and friendly staff, but id trade that for being on schedule.
Fantastic Doctor. Took me in as a patient back in 2016. The best doctor I have seen since I first met him.
Everyone we came into contact with was super nice and efficient. The only negative part of the whole experience was the waiting to see the doctor, but I guess that's to be expected.
I've been going to West Clinic on a regular basis for over 10 months. The people are always effecient, helpful and caring. Very rarely are appointments delayed by more than a few minutes, and staff is always apologetic. My questions and concerns have been addressed promptly, and there is always a number to call during off hours if I've had a problem. I couldn't ask for a better care team.
