They have always treated me fairly,
My husband brought our mower in 3 to 4 weeks ago, and he was told at that time it would be a week. He called back after a week to be told it would be done the following week. Today I went in to see when we could expect it to be completed and was told 7-10 more days. After he indicated that he stated it wasn't a priority to be honest. Wow!!!
