Very good attorney. He always answers my phone calls and answers any questions I have. I highly recommend him and will always use him as my attorney.
Attorney Tom Rugo is the worst attorney I have ever hired. His prices are fair however He seldom returns calls, does little to no case preparation and is a terrible litigator. His appearance in court is that of a low-priced attorney. If you do not want to go to jail I do not recommend hiring him.
Attorney Rugo provided me with excellent service and affordable fees. He returned phone calls and made sense of my legal problem so I could understand my options. The outcome was very favorable. I would recommend him as an attorney for anyone needed one on cape cod
