Let me begin by saying I have horrible anxiety. Like a 25 on a scale of 1-10. From the front office to the dental chair the staff was amazing. First off, im a new patient calling in for an emergency appointment and they worked me in the next day. That in itself is a miracle these days. Dr. Thomas was kind and let me set the pace of the visit . He took the time to talk to me and let me work thru my nerves. He didnt try to rush me and just get the procedure done. Amazing staff. Smiling faces. Best place to have dental care done. Dr. Pierce has helped give me my smile back without being in constant pain everyday and my husband & I are forever grateful for it.
I don’t remember the DA in the pink scrub top but she was absolutely amazing I’m extremely terrified of the dentist however with her I got a tooth pulled while awake. Then I tired to tip her and she said it was her job and there was no need.
