A prescription was supposed to be sent to the pharmacy after the visit, as my father needed to use an ointment in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Nothing yet, and it's the following day, after 1:00 p.m. I called this office yesterday, after the appointment, and again (twice) today, only to get someone from their service on the phone (during business hours). Dr O’Donnell is a caring knowledgeable doctor. I went to Dr. O’Donnell due to persistent vertigo. He did a thorough examination, looked into my past history, And made follow up calls to me regarding an MRI that I had done. He took time to listen and explained everything thoroughly, although I needed to be referred to a neurologist. He took the time to give me some names and was completely compassionate and apologized that he was not able to help me because it was out of his scope. Doctor O’Donnell is a class act and his assistant is phenomenal. My kids health is very important and I don’t trust anyone other MD as much with their ENT health. Highly recommend!
