I feel I get VERY good care from Dr. Jacques and his team! I’ve had MS since 1991 an have seen many doctors. Dr. Jacques will be my doctor until he retires or I move!
Dr. Jacques is a great listener and explains things very thoroughly.
I wish I could give this Provider a 0! My mother has had years of health issues due to many different types of cancers- We were referred to him due to her unexplained falling, We went to see Dr. Jacques last month and it was undoubtedly the worst experience of my entire life, I ever been more mistreated by ANYONE let alone a provider before, He is rude, he is arrogant and acted so put out by the many questions I had for him. I have been seen by Dr Jacques, for a number of issues. I found him to be very thorough and appreciated his honesty and straightforward diagnosis. I have recommended him to other family members, who have also been pleased with his treatment.
Dr.Jacques is really no nonsense and straight answers kind of doctor. I always felt I could ask any questions and get real answers. He was also available at very short notice and after hours while dealing with my diagnosis of Gillian barre syndrome. I was truly blessed to have a doctor with such an extensive back ground and passion for his profession and patients.
