I know Thomas is a mortgage guy based in Huntington beach, CA but he’s also a realtor and is licensed all over the place which is one of the reasons we have used him to help us multiple times. I never really knew about VA mortgage products for veterans like myself until I came across Thomas on Zillow while searching for real estate because he is a realtor too (which you don't see often). Anyway we really needed a mortgage broker in Orange County and found Thomas Hocking to be very knowledgeable when it came to mortgages.
