My parents are in contract on one of their properties. Hicks consistently asked for extensions to finish project, and they were obliged. Upon checking the home the a/c unit was not functioning properly, flashing was missing in front of home, along with damage to siding. After granting hicks construction 5 extensions on home they abruptly now state that my parents cannot get home because they requested 1 extension for closing. This company has left my parents homeless and feels they are not legally binded by contract.
