Dr Hazel is an outstanding doctor- Compassionate, knowledgeable, able to relate to each patient with the utmost care and sincerity. One of a kind,
Always thorough with annual physicals.
My experience with Dr.Hazel has been excellent. He discovered i had high bp and borderline cholesterol. We are treating both issues. He is easy to talk to, listens, and I feel he is a good fit for my medical needs.
I have been one of his patients for several years. Dr. Hazel is always friendly, explains things well. Takes his time and cares about his patients. Always a pleasant visit.
There was a time that he seemed caring and invested in my family, but over the years his bedside manner and attitude has changed. He seems distracted, disinterested and unhappy. He seems to be there to collect a paycheck and not treat families. I left this practice and have found another physician. Within one visit I felt more comfortable and cared about than I had in years with Dr. Hazel.
My 20 year old granddaughter is still living with issues that were ignored by Dr. Hazel since her birth. At 2, being observed walking with a strange gait and having both hips click when having diaper changes, another doctor thankfully ordered xrays and it was discovered that she had double hip dysplasia. After 5 surgeries to try to correct this, she recently had a total hip replacement last summer, She has suffered tremendously all these years, physically and emotionally, due to negligence.
Because Dr. Hazel didn't listen to my concerns, my daughter, Molly, just had a full hip replacement 2 weeks prior to her 20th birthday. She was born breech which creates a higher incidence of hip dislocation, no ultrasound was done. Her hips clicked each time I changed her diaper. She didn't walk until she was 16 months, and had a strange gait when she did. None of my concerns were addressed and she has endured a lifetime of hip pain and surgeries. I would not recommend Dr. Hazel.
Dr. Hazel provides excellent care within all aspects . He listens with great compassion and understanding.
