He cancelled an appointment I had very last minute (I had made the appointment over a month prior and the visit was needed for insurance compliance) I had one prior appointment with Gravelyn which was a video call during which he was curt and was in a hurry to finish the appointment. What was meant to be 20 minute call was over in less than 5 minutes with no real time for questions.
Dr. Gravelyn is clear, concise, and to the point, which I appreciate. I left with no questions. Thank you!
People were polite and helped get me where I needed to go. Dr. Gravelyn was kind and considerate of my needs.
