Tech was very good at her job!!!!
We have been a patient of Dr. Buza and Dr. Renfro for more than 35 years. Most competent dentist and their hygienists are excellent.
Professional, explained procedures and anticipated results. Office personnel greeted with a smile and courteous.
During the several calls for appointment confirmation, it would be helpful to inform patients of the exact amount of payment due at the time of the visit. A request for hundreds/ thousands of dollars at the time of arrival or check out is a game-changer for many and not a conversation to be had at the front desk within earshot of the waiting area as well as exam rooms. Privacy is appreciated:) Staff was not loud or disrespectful however others were clearly hearing our conversation
