Thursday, 2/7/25 I had the privilege of getting to speak and email with J.R. at Thomas Printworks in Richardson. I had been told by the city that my CAD dwg wasn't to scale. I spent the next night, for a total of 8 hours, trying to figure out what I had done wrong. I emailed the file to J.R. and he quickly emailed me back and said that my order was ready. Great staff and printing services at reasonable prices and turnaround times. J.R. is an excellent general manager with great people skills. He smiles and laughs a lot. I recently had a PDF design document I made with Adobe Illustrator, and had a color ink jet 27 inch by 36 inch poster size print out made for my boss at work. The boss is very pleased with the result and my creativity. Thanks Thomas Print Works, to J.R., and Michael for your help.
