This Thomas Printworks location has gone ABOVE & BEYOND for me numerous times! They're always happy to help me with last minute print jobs, and always deliver on time or before the expected promised time! I can count on them for all of my printing needs whether it be small format or large format! I highly recommend this location! The store manager, Cherlyn, and ALL her team are truly the BEST! You can always count on them to get the job done for you!
I ordered traditional large format photographic prints up to 20x30. The prints were not color accurate to their own proofs, and what I will assume was a manager became defensive and disrespectful when asked about this. I asked if they color checked their work and was told "no." I paid a lot more money for this than I should have. Later when I tried to put these into standard frames, the photos would not fit because they were not cut square. The frame sizes were accurate to within 1/16th of an inch.
