Ross and his team were absolutely fantastic from the planning to the day of gala at Prince George Ballroom. Thomas Preti was recommended by PGB and they were truly exceptional. All our guests raved about the food for the Temple of Understanding's 65th anniversary gala. We had many dietary restrictions and they were able to accommodate all our needs. We recently had the pleasure of working with Thomas Preti Catering for an event with over 500 guests, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From day one, Thomas, Ross and Ellen were fully engaged in the planning process, guiding us through every detail and making sure nothing was overlooked. On the day of the event, the execution was absolutely flawless. The service was professional, the timing impeccable, and the food outstanding. I cannot recommend Thomas Preti Catering highly enough!!
Ross and the Thomas Preti team are absolutely fantastic! They provided catering for my wedding in September 2024 and we were so happy with the food and cocktails. We got so many compliments from the guests - some even said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. On top of that, Ross was incredibly professional and easy to work with. We couldn't recommend more!
The food is superb and the staff is often made up of young aspiring actors. Their record keeping of when I worked at Gotham Hall is laughable however. This was the amount of days they claimed I worked at Gotham over 3 years. 2014,15,16. If I remember correctly they were the in house caterers at Gotham during these years.
