Update: Drew did get back to me and although he still didn’t apologize or recognize that they had done anything wrong, he did provide a full refund even though I only asked for 50% of the invoiced amount back. These guys are second rate plumbers and even worse business people. Plain and simple as that. I have used them in the past for very simple fixes and they were alright, but the guy Tim who has been out a few times just wants to caulk everything instead of doing it the right way.
