My home warranty company selected Thomas Plumbing as a provider for an issue. They contacted me timely and I was provided an arrival window of 10-2 for the next day. I was also told that there would be a courtesy call about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Received the courtesy call at 1015 the next day and was told that the tech was 15-30 minutes away. Thomas Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company (First American) to fix a toilet flange. They arrived late to the appointment as others have experienced, were difficult if not impossible to contact, and never returned to complete the work. I could go on for how unprofessional this contractor is but I won't as others have adequately captured my experience. First American though earned five-stars. I notified them about the issue. My review is much like the others. Thomas was also assigned by my warranty company. I know these days you have to add little forgiveness for "Covid" related issues like parts out of stock and short staffing. That being said, like the others Thomas is very, very poor at returning phone calls or emails. Except for the first time i spoke to their office, every time I called after that, there was no answer and the voice mail was ALWAYS full. My home warranty booked this company to fix a leak, and they never showed up! I called and they claimed they called me 6 times but never did. Now when I call them they don’t pick up the phone. How does this company even make their money? By scamming people out of there deductible. Don’t use this company. If your warranty company picks them request a change.
