My first ever experience with this company was awesome! They wasted zero time to get my service scheduled. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional. My tech drove 45 minutes to get to my home, and then ended up having to drive approximately 3 more hours round trip to get a different water heater because the one he brought was too big, and through all of that, he stayed positive and friendly. All in all, I would 100% recommend this company!
