I’m sure the tech meant well. But when the job wasn’t completed & told the home warranty company it was, doesn’t look good for their company.
I had 2 issues to solve. Both were solved quickly, and the second, which seemed like it was going to be a huge issue turned out to be solvable with a simple application of calk - without the experience of our plumber, diagnosing and possibly "solving" that issue could have taken much more time and been much worse.
