My scheduled service was between 2pm -5pm. Chris showed up 10min before. He was perfessional, calm demeanor, listened patiently for my background story of what happened and what I did so that he could accurately assess and resolve the issue. After listening he basically knew exactly what to do and had no problems with me watching or asking questions.
