Do not take your family to this location. Multiple canceled appointments and terrible communication. If you care about your loved ones find an office that does as well. I wish 0 stars was an option as that is what they deserve. Written by a disappointed dad trying to take care of his 4 year old girl.

I had a new patient exam 3-19-25 and we did a full exam and lab work up. I did not need a refill of my medication at that time but the medication was added as part of my record and fully discussed at my appointment. A couple weeks later, I needed a refill so I submitted a refill request. The request was denied with no explanation. I called back and they were unable to tell me why it was declined but asked if I wanted to submit another request, so I did. This Dr. Office is a joke. I was a new patient and was only 3 min. Over the 10 min mark and they wouldn't see me. Even tho I told them about my medical condition that caused me to be late. Then they told me the Dr. Was gone, then I saw a patient come out of the office, Liars! They have no consideration what so ever for peoples problems.
