It's disappointing to share my experience with this house and land package. Approaching nearly 12 months since the contracted 6-month build began, components like gates and a clothesline remain unfinished. Despite numerous assurances, there's been a consistent pattern of unfulfilled promises and an inability to commit to completion dates. Would not recommend thomas paul constructions after completing H&L package, trades don't care and build quality was shocking, left with defects that will never get fixed.
Claims to build high quality homes - Not true at all. Be very careful with this company and if you do take the plunge be prepared for a large amount of liquidated damages and remediation for work which is not to building code. Never again!
