Most unprofessional company I have dealt with. Turned up there for a interview after a 45 minute drive only to be told sorry job gone, oh we forgot to tell you too bad get over it. What a waste of time and petrol. Totally unprofessional, makes me glad I will not be working with a bunch of rude people
If I could give 1/2 star I would have, this company has terrible people skills and totally ignore any problems you have with a house Constructed by them, would not recommend at all
Being new to a build experience, I had a really underwhelming experience with Thomas Paul. They were recommended to me but I would tell anyone else to avoid, especially if you don’t live nearby to check on it regularly in person. I managed to start and finish another build in the time it took waiting for the completion of this property & my reviews are polar opposite (granted some of this time was across covid so I completely get things are outside their control). Great at initial communication and our house was built fairly quickly. However, the finishings your are sold, will not be what you get. Make sure you read the fine prints carefully throughout the initial sales process and have every single element stipulated in detail and in writing. The final touches were rushed and messy. After construction issues took weeks to get any feedback. There is no consideration for the little guys. You get what you get and once they are paid, sorry no can do, talk to legal.
We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Carlos who was our building supervisor from Thomas Paul Constructions. We have moved into our new home just over a month ago and we couldn’t be happier! We were very impressed with each inspection throughout the build, if we had any concerns Carlos was more than willing to have that item fixed or added.
