Great outcome, good communication through build process. If I needed information, I emailed Kaitlin and was looked after. Property was rented immediately after build with predicted return in Hamlyn Terrace.
Live next door to a property being constructed by Thomas Paul Constructions. Their tradesmen start working before 7am regularly. Reported this to the builder several times and no changes implemented. Several tradies have asked to use our water and power throughout the build. Why is temporary supply not set up? The house is now near completion and had concrete tradies pouring a driveway today enter our property and connect to our water supply without asking permission. Maccas quality builder and was lucky i was only renting and got out in six months. A quick google will show how they were fined millions for illegal dumping which is all about saving a dollar anyway they can and find it pretty disconcerting they are currently doing a lot of builds in the Hunter Valley.
Finished building a rental in 2024. Still scarred from the experience with these guys. My original review seems to have gone missing
