The rate on my insurance goes up every six months. Every time you ask why it's a different reason. It's just ridiculous. I will find another company. It's sad that I have to do so because I have been with them for nearly 10 years and have never been late with my payments. Their is no loyalty anymore.

I Have been a loyal customer for many years. I'm a widow or a decreased disable vet, on a fixed income. Although I could have got cheaper and better insurance, I remind loyal. Because everyone else has gotten greedy and jacked up all the prices on everything you all decided to be greed too. You jacked my premium up about $40, shame on you. Jesus can suffered, bleed and die and gave us his all and didn't charge a thing. We all need a little more JESUS. You have a very blessed day 🙏🏽💞

I use to feel I had the best insurance company however since my accident my feelings have changed.I feel I wasn't at fault but that's my opinion. I've never caused a accident since being with Allstate for 27 years. But I have been treated like crap from the adjusters no one knows anything what's the point of being employed by a insurance company and not be world rounded in all departments my local insurance company wasn't any help I was always put off on another department but one lady in the Martin'svile office was helping ... read more

Pretty disappointed in my policy. Been with you for over 12 years and never had 1 single claim! Then I finally had a storm damage my roof and blew some shingles off. Had multiple roofing companies come and look at it and said they could replace the missing shingles but when doing so it would cause a domino effect and damage the neighboring shingles causing even more problems. At first I was not excited with my service, however; the staff worked diligently to provide the customer service I desired. I am a firm believer in acknowledging when a business has taken a negative and turned it into a positive!!! ALLSTATE, THE STAFF HAS PROVIDED BEYOND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CALL, THEY ADJUST MY POLICY AS NEEDED AND PROVIDE ALL THE INFORMATION I REQUEST. You cannot ask for more.
