My appointment was scheduled for Monday at 3:00 PM, and I arrived at 3:11 PM due to unavoidable traffic. I’ve had positive experiences with other clinics in this healthcare system, which makes this visit even more disappointing. The staff here were unprofessional and the doctor was rude and dismissive. This clinic does not reflect the quality or standards I’ve come to expect elsewhere in the network. It left me feeling disrespected and unheard, a stark contrast to the compassionate care I’ve received at other locations.

Dr. Walsh is very patient and no pun intended, he listens and he immediately works with the patient or refers out special issues. All of his referrals have been top level and responsive people. He is a friendly person. If that’s what you’re looking for in a doctor.
My retiring doctor referred me to Dr. Walsh, and I couldn’t be happier. He’s patient, professional, and an excellent communicator.
