As a new patient ,I was impressed by his approach to patient care. He seemed genuinely interested in my well-being, and I feel confident in his expertise. Glad to have him as my doctor!"
My wife visited this clinic for an annual check-up and made it very clear to the doctor ( Thomas Walsh) that this was the purpose of my visit. However, after receiving the bill, I was shocked to find additional charges. I’ve had positive experiences with other clinics in this healthcare system, which makes this visit even more disappointing. The staff here were unprofessional and the doctor was rude and dismissive. This clinic does not reflect the quality or standards I’ve come to expect elsewhere in the network. It left me feeling disrespected and unheard, a stark contrast to the compassionate care I’ve received at other locations.
