Countless phone calls to Tom and I can’t get through to him. IRS is stating they never received my 2018 taxes. I paid Tom and my check was cashed by Tom but he didn’t send or do my taxes? Not sure what is going on. I did get a call back from his assistant finally and she was supposed to look into it but never heard back.

Tom always takes the stress out of dealing with taxes. He's always very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! His office is great to work with and I definitely recommend them if you are seeking a competent tax firm!
