my brother Wayde Mangiarelli had rotator cuff surgery about 9 days ago, and I am watching my brother go through agonizing pain -post op He was given very little in the way of pain medication, and i do not understand why My brother called Dr. Knapp's office today,very concerned about the ongoing excessive pain, they said the soonest appointment is 4 weeks away! Great surgeon and truly cared about my post op recovery and physical therapy. Follow his rules and your shoulder should be all set! Also, his team is great too! Recommended!!
Dr. Knapp is terrific. An expert in his field and a down-to-earth, personable guy who doesn't treat you like another nameless patient on his calendar. He operated on my shoulder about 13 months ago (labral repair and biceps tenodesis) and it now feels stronger and more stable than ever before. When I encountered some pain and mobility limitations during my post-op rehab, he was eager to help me figure out the issue with some tweaks to my PT routine. Highly recommend.
Dr. Knapp is a very nice and professional shoulder expert.
I had an awesome experience with Dr. Knapp. He was extremely informative and walked me through different options that I had before surgery. After my surgery (beautifully done, little to no scarring) he had me in therapy and checking in pretty often. Overall I would 100% recommend to anyone.
