"I can't say enough great things about Thomas Outdoor Supply! I've had multiple pieces of equipment repaired here, and every time, the staff has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My stepfather went in to get his machine fixed , he didn’t hear back for an update up it took 1 month to know what was wrong and then 2 week more to say it was ready, they discussed a delivery drop off date and he was late and didn’t leave it where I said I would want it to be placed. Very unprofessional and could’ve gotten my equipment since it wasn’t in the gate. Thomas Outdoor has been great to me, ever since I first walked in the door. They truly put their customers first and do what it takes to get the job done and done RIGHT. I had a toro multiforce with tons of issues that no other dealer could figure out, and Kevin had it fixed in no time. I highly recommend them for any of your outdoor needs!
