Mr. Otis was wonderful to work with. We were a particularly difficult client as we were buying from out of state and had one weekend to find a home. We visited tons of homes in just two days and Tom was more than happy to do so. He NEVER pressured us to go out of budget which we very much appreciated. He also showed us several homes and interested us in neighborhoods outside of what we were originally wanting as we were not having much success. He doesn't try to push you into anything to make a sale and truly takes the time to explain what he is thinking, give his best advice, and help you make the decision that is best for your family. I would 100% recommend him to anyone! We enjoy working with him.
