I'm going to be sad to lose Dr. Ostergard from Carolina neurosurgery& spine. I'm happy for him to where he is going. How I got to know who Dr Ostergard was. He did a shunt operation for my sister. He really did a great job for her. And that made me feel secure for him to become my doctor. I know that he he a very smart man. So I felt like he could help me to. And he has in some issues. Actually, Shaun is his patient. He is very knowledgeable about your situation and doesn't push surgery unless very necessary. In my case it was and my headaches are gone completely. He is to the point and knows what's best which Tex likes. He knows what he's gonna do before you get there which tells my he has read my chart, looked at X-rays and everything needed to make the right decision at that time . I would recommend Dr O. Dr. Ostergard is absolutely wonderful. I went in with a brain tumor I was in the hospital a very long time 8 months & had several surgeries I've been told. Can not remember none of my hospital stay. I do know I'm here because of Dr. Ostergard's determination. I first give thanks to the one above then I thank Dr. Ostergard for not giving up on me. The office staff is extremely awesome too.
