He’s truly the best! He goes above and beyond for his patients and their families. He is incredibly kind, compassionate, reassuring, and exceptionally skilled. He saved my grandma’s life and even stayed late into the night to make sure everything was okay before heading home. His dedication and genuine care mean more to our family than words can express. First time going to this specialist... Immediately after checking in, I was asked to sign a paper indicating if an appt is missed or cancelled a fee will be charged to the patient. As if unexpected 'things' don't happen. I undertstand a Dr time is valuable but, so is the patient who took time from work and busy schedule to discuss important medical matters. I saw Dr. O'Donnell due to an accumulatiion of fluids in my right calf and ankle,.after I received a diagnosis of valvular insuffiency, based on ultrasound imaging. He refused to tell me anything at all, other than this would "improve in time" and to wear compression stockings and elevate the leg, both of which I'd been doiing.
