1. Waited so long 2. Disorganize process from beginning to end. Frustrating VERY 3. Doctor Asuncion is way too OLD and not responsive on that day. He spoke one or 2 sentences. Not willing to listen. I’m not going back to him ever again.

I was a patient of Dr. Asuncion for 40 years and recently had to find another doctor because he was not processing my R/X renewals in a timely fashion despite being asked to do so several times by both myself and the mail order company that I order from. On many occasions it has taken 3 weeks before I was able to get my needed medication. If it were a year ago I would have rated him very highly, but now I would have a very difficult time recommending him to any of my friend or family.

Dr. Malhotra was my physician for two years and without exception she was the best medical provider I have had since living in the United States (25 years). She listens carefully, explains in detail, does not rush, and is thorough in her examinations and overall health profile. Her global practice has exposed her to many medical conditions, including some tropical illnesses that I have had, and she understands alternative complementary treatments while remaining scientifically grounded. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Dr. Bonelli was my father's doctors for 12 years, as for my husband and me. In my experience he is an excellent doctor. He is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. His prompt attention to my husband's low blood count, saved his life. When I first brought my father, (age 82) suffering from several chronic conditions including a heart condition, Dr. Bonelli was able to stabilize his conditions and provide the medical care that extended his life until age 96. I recently had my first visit to Dr. Odar’s office. Dr. Odar was very kind and compassionate. He put me at ease and made the office visit very comfortable for me. His staff was very efficient, accommodating and kind. Anastasia was wonderful preparing and assisting me with my EKG and stress test. I would highly recommend Dr. Odar and his staff.
I have been seeing Dr. Malhotra for the past two years. I am 55 years old and have been cared for by a handful of physicians. Compared to my other physicians Dr. Malhotra is far superior. She is very knowledgeable medically as well as pharmaceuticals; she takes a practical approach to medicine, and most of all she listens.
