I can't tell you how many times I've called only to have my info taken & not recieve a call back. The occurence of a horrific eye injury was devastating enough & while it's been 2 years since the work injury. It's been hard enough to simply do something about it. When a business is located only minutes from the house and I've called in an attempt to schedule an appointment more than 10 x's, leaving my info for a call back atleast 10, idc how well renown they are.
