With so many delays with supply and demand in construction lately, I cannot tell you how appreciative I am for the work done by this company and others in recent times. Can’t speak for the work this company does because after the estimate was completed they NEVER responded to call, texts, or emails. We spent 3 weeks trying to get in touch with this company to do the work. We still have not gotten a response from them (3 months later). We have since moved on to another company that is responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and has amazing customer service. Zero stars for this company’s attentiveness and customer service. We understand people are busy, but all it takes is a few minutes to respond... read more
The customer service is terrible. They call me back and all I asked was "what's the name of your company" I get in response "come on man" I hung up
