Dr. Obermeyer performed rotator cuff repair surgery to my left shoulder in November of 2024. Everything went smoothly. He and his entire staff at Barrington Orthopedic were very professional and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. My procedure went very well, and the aftercare I received was top notch. My shoulder has been healing at a good pace and has been feeling better each week. I highly recommend Dr. Obermeyer and Barrington Orthopedic.
Nice people, very professional, on time, finished within an hour with X-rays. Dr Obermeyer had a good “bedside “ manner.
My appointment was scheduled for 4:20 - waited an hour - finally saw the doctor at 5:30. (No apology was given for the extended wait time). My knee was not examined (nor was I asked to remove my pants.) When I asked if he was going to examine my knee, his reply was “I took a look at your x-ray”. I was then told that he sent a prescription to my pharmacy for an anti-inflammatory and to pick up a printout of some exercises at the front desk, on my way out. The appointment lasted 10 minutes, after waiting an hour.
