I had the pleasure of using Thomas Nelson Services - twice this summer. I have an upstairs and downstairs HVAC System that is beginning to show its age and wear. Patrick came by the same day for the first call, and assessed our issue. Woke up with no heat or hot water on Thursday and immediately reached out to Vern's Plumbing and Patrick Nelson of Thomas Nelson's Services. Both local companies came out that morning and I had a new hot water tank installed and a furnace switch repaired that day. I've used both companies in the past and I am always impressed with their prompt response time, honest quotes, and fair prices.
