They take a long time to give you an update and won’t talk to you until you spam them. Got my injury settlement a year and a half later and property damage manager won’t answer phone calls or emails. No updates if you don’t spam.

I REGRET choosing this place. It's such a lonely and long process to work w them. If your case isn't worth the big bucks or you have a 'difficult insurance' forget it. They'll put you on back burner. They never answer or return calls/messages. It's taken me up to 3 months to be able to get in touch with someone- an extremely annoying process.
