Staff was quite helpful, friendly folks.
Don't trust your ears to anyone else. Dr. M is beyond amazing in every way. He restored my hearing in both ears. He is kind, caring, funny, and so good at what he does. 10 stars.
Trying to get ahold of someone via phone is extremely frustrating and difficult. Usually can’t answer your questions and say they will get back with you in 1-2 business days. They recommend texting in and it’s the same 1-2 business days. “Triage” is the nurse line and that is a confusing option when your looking for nurse help on a medication prescribed. Terrific Dr! It's not often I feel validated and able to leave a dr visit with tools and guidelines and an overall feeling that I was heard and not dismissed.
