The staff were incredibly nice and communicated wonderfully! Dr Varizi was patient, informative, and so gentle.
I had a root canal done by Dr. Vaziri, and as someone with severe dental anxiety, I was extremely nervous about the procedure. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Vaziri and Anita were incredibly reassuring, which made me feel at ease. Dr. Vaziri took the time to explain everything to me beforehand, which really helped calm my nerves. He even told me I could take a nap during the procedure, and I thought, "How could that be possible with something so invasive?" I had root canal surgery Tuesday and the stitches were removed this morning. Dr. Vaziri and his staff were extremely kind and took ample time to explain the procedure. There was some discomfort from the needle to numb the area but no pain at all during the surgery. Post surgery, I could control the pain with acetaminophen, ibuprofen and ice. I would highly recommend Dr. Vaziri if you need retreatment of a root canal.
I have now had two root canals performed by Dr. Vaziri, done about 2 years apart. Everything about the experience was excellent. Dr. Vaziri is not only very skilled in the intricate dental work he does, he is also very good at making you feel at ease and keeping you informed about the process. Anita was his assistant today, and she also did a fine job of getting me ready and was right on top of the entire procedure assisting the doctor. I can't say enough about Dr. Vaziri and his staff. He explained exactly what needed to be done,he and his staff are so professional at their work and so kind,it's also a very calming atmosphere.I highly recommend Parkway Endodontics.
