Staff is deplorable, The term appointment means absolutely nothing to this facility. As a matter of fact when I asked why I had a wait time of one hour the staff member said “the doctor likes to see new patients last.” I highly doubt the doctor has any interaction with his staff members because if he allows this circus like staff to parade around on their cell phones, NOT greet the incoming patients then he doesn’t belong serving the community. I can’t believe how awful this experience was. I felt I had to walk out. I wonder... read more
