We used Thomas Mix for our bathroom project. I did my homework prior to making my decision to use them by looking at a bathroom they did in my neighborhood and reading reviews. Bottom line is, they promised a lot, but did not deliver. If you are lucky enough to get their A list contractors, you will be fine. Unfortunately, I got the B list contractors. Her father and son installer team, Jack and Johnny, are superb craftsmen and super-pleasant people to talk to. Chandra was on top of everything, from start to finish, and delivered a kitchen that we know we will love for many years to come.
