His office is very impersonal when it comes to telephone communications. He is a competent doctor and will dialogue with you, but emanates a very clear sense that he is only doing it because he has to. I liked the staff when I was physically in his office, but scheduling and communication is horrible.
Dr Minor's office is a deeply dysfunctional, and very unfriendly and unprofessional doctors office. Find yourself another pulmonologist where you know you will be taken care of. If you want high standards of care, and a setting where you feel cared for this is not a safe place. I strongly recommend against this service provider..
