Pretty unprofessional agent. Not polite, not willing to explain things, but rather convinced of the (unfortunately true) fact that he will still rent out the house at the price he wants. When you ask to see the flat it looks like you are asking him to make an effort (only in person clearly, because he does not allow virtual ones). Totally recommend! As a tenant, Tom has helped me throughout the whole move-in and move-out process and provided helpful advice for getting back the deposit, etc. I would definitely go back to him for any real property related services!
