Two hours. One haircut. An absurd price. Zero originality. Tom has somehow turned getting a haircut into an overpriced endurance event. The two hour run time would be bearable if the results weren’t so painfully generic. No matter the name he gives the haircut they all look the same. Tom has amazing attention to detail. This is the best hair cut I’ve ever received. I’ll definitely be reaching out in the near future for another haircut.
Good barber, but unreliable on time and unprofessional when you raise it. This was my third cut with Tom. The visit before this, I waited 22 minutes past my appointment. He apologized and promised it wouldn’t happen again, or that he’d let me know if he was running behind. This time, neither happened - I arrived for my 2:30, saw he was behind again with no heads-up, and left.
