Tom has amazing attention to detail. This is the best hair cut I’ve ever received. I’ll definitely be reaching out in the near future for another haircut.
Good barber, but unreliable on time and unprofessional when you raise it. This was my third cut with Tom. The visit before this, I waited 22 minutes past my appointment. He apologized and promised it wouldn’t happen again, or that he’d let me know if he was running behind. This time, neither happened - I arrived for my 2:30, saw he was behind again with no heads-up, and left. Tom gave me the best haircut experience I’ve had! Not only was he very accommodating, but as someone that was not sure what style I was after he did a fantastic job talking me through it and gave good pointers! I could not recommend him enough! This is a barber that truly cares about the end result.
