This was my 2nd valve replacement surgery performed by Dr Merle. My first was 15 years ago and 2nd performed in December2023. Dr Merle's team (office, surgical, OR ) are top notch professionals. Any questions my family or I had regarding the procedures were always addressed and I never felt rushed in receiving clarity. I don't intend to need them again BUT if I do (in another 15 years) my 1st choice would be this group. He is a fantastic surgeon and I would highly recommend him.
My boyfriend had to have open heart surgery for a valve replacement. He got him on his schedule within 4 weeks of his consultation, and he was very detailed in explaining the procedure. I highly highly highly recommend Dr. Merle to anyone and everyone.
