Did nothing to help my Dad. They sent him home with home health nurse to give him antibiotic shots. She came one time and said they shouldn’t have let him go. So we came to CAMC Memorial and we are getting excellent care. They’ve already done more tests than Thomas and are trying to get to cause of the problem. We have talked to several Doctors already. At Thomas we talked to 1doctor over 3 days and nobody gave us any answers. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Also the ER is the worse than the hospital.

I'm here to drive a family member to & from a procedure, and it is clear that they never bothered to clear the parking lot from the weekend's snow and ice. The entire lot for patients and visitors is ice. I felt concerned driving and walking on it, and I can't even imagine how the older people inside struggled with it. If this is how they care for their lots, it is only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt due to their poor maintenance.

ICU Worst hospital of my life! 1. Ignoring husband call button when I had to call after 30 minutes on 3rd shift for help cause he couldn't get out of bed. I pointed out it's been going off for 30 min. They say they are watching HIS VITALS... his room was too hot he wanted to adjust his position cause he couldn't breathe. This is after heart surgery! 2.
